Amanda that we worked with from sales was absolutely fantastic and would highly recommend her. However, we bought the camper, did the final walk through and the Rich n Sons team couldn't take the time to ensure all the lights in the camper worked. The seal for one of the slides needed adjusted when we first wanted the camper and this was to be done prior to walk through and was not. For us, we spent quite a bit of money and the small things could have been done to ensure the best experience. Again, Amanda was great!

My husband and I just purchased a used 5th wheel from Rich & Sons and the experience was awesome. Our salesman (Nick) was great. He let us take our time, didn't pressure us at all, and spoke to us with respect. He also showed us the ones we were interested in and 2 other ones so we weren't overwhelmed and couldn't remember which ones we liked. Just a little preface here, we have been looking for over 2 years for our next camper (even in different states). This was by far the best experience we ever had at any kind of dealership. The finance guy (Brian) was amazing and they have great coverage packages. The walk through was extremely thorough and the service tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. This is a great place to get a camper!!

Amanda was upbeat and patient with us. She is also an experienced camper having first-hand insights for us. Personable, professional and caring enough to have us text her when we arrived home with our new camper. Our run-through with our tech guy was very informative. From trailer hook up, to lights, from inside to outside, he covered everything and answered all our questions. Shopping for accessories provided us with ideas going forward. The pre-packaged box was so convenient for getting us off to a good start, along with the discount. Rich and Sons is the real deal!

Nick was amazing at showing us all the floor plans we were interested in! He took all the time we needed on a really cold and miserable weather day! We will definitely recommend Nick to friends and family or anyone in the market looking for a camper. Thanks for all of your help Nick! And thank you for helping us find the perfect one!

Nick was great to work with and he has the patience of a saint because he was able to handle all 4 of our kids when showing us different campers. Great experience and did not feel pressured into buying any particular camper. He was very knowledgeable about the different campers and was able to give advice on which camper was better for us and our kids.
