On Friday 4/9 I came to pick up a prescription, I had new insurance so I have my cards to the pharmacy tech. Told her my old insurance was no longer active. She came back and told me everything was fine. I paid my copy and left. When picking up another prescription today, 4/13, I was told she never ran my new insurance, she instead billed an inactive policy, and cvs doesn’t take my new insurance. The pharmacist was cold, not personable or considerate, and did not try to fix the problem in any way. I’m disappointed. I will not be coming back.

STAFF IS AWESOME. THEY NEVER JUDGE YOU ON WHAT YOU'RE TAKING. THEY WORK VERY HARD WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES TO GIVE YOU WHAT YOU NEED AND PREFER. DULUTH RESIDENTS START SUPPORTING OUR NEW PHARMACEUTICAL COMMUNITY AT CVS ON GRAND AVE, WHERE YOU'LL BE TREATED EXACTLY HOW YOU ENVISION BEING TREATED WHEN YOU ARE GETTING YOUR PRIVATE MEDICATIONS.
