Literally had the same exact experience as Dan but they were very nice the next day when I called and gave me a credit for a free pizza. Sometimes they get it wrong, but they’re always very nice about it and try to make it up to you. Pizza is also often pretty solid.
Nice and clean, with some distancing even with the small shop. Ordered through the app and picked up quick, was hot and ready.
Excellent Pizza, Great Staff, Excellent Location.nThe staff at the Wellesley Domino's is excellent.nnI like the large 3 topping Pizza for $7.99 which is an excellent price.nI get extra tomato sauce and they are happy to do so.nnThe crust is excellent and very tasty like a fine Pizza dough should be.nnThey always get my order correct and within 10 minutes, which I always do pick-up as they are 1 minute away from me.nnThe prep is perfect, taste is perfect, temperature of pizza perfect.nI get hamburg, sweet pepper, and spinach which is excellent.nnCannot go wrong here and they try very hard to please.
The assistant manager was very rude to me no customer service she was very upset because I walked in and order food she must not like her job she is caucasian.
DO NOT ORDER FROM DURING COVID. This location has like 1 driver so it takes usually over an hour and a half to get pizza. They don't tell you how far away they are ever, and the manager is rude. Literally takes FOREVER if it ever even comes.
