Freddie Maestas, and sales professional, Brenda Cruz, spent the whole day asking me specific questions about what I was looking for, how much I wanted to pay per month for financing and basically what was important to me. I wanted a used car that still looked nice with low milage. I asked for makes that I was familiar with and they found a car that is my favorite car color and even though I had said I would test drive and sleep on my decision to buy I ended up purchasing the car that day. There was no pressure, Freddie and Brenda crunched the numbers to give me an awesome deal and the finance manager, Stephen Gutierrez, was able to get me a 2.94% interest rate on my loan. The warranty package increased my monthly payment by only about $10. This was such a winning experience! I highly recommend this business and this team.

I purchased a vehicle for the first time. They were in a hurry and did not ask any questions ahead of time, they ended up calling me and accusing me of lying. They had a third party email me but denied knowing the person. I have evidence of all of this. They told me to get my co-signer on my insurance and it wasn’t showing on my binder and they asked me if they were blind in an accusing manner than proceeded to pressure me into giving them authorization to change my insurance information. Since they did not ask my about my different mailing address ahead of time, they made me put the wrong mailing address. On top of this I got a letter saying I did not get approved for financing which means they sold me the car before it was approved.

Worst car buying experience ever. Avoid this place at all costs if purchasing a used vehicle.

I purchases a vehicle for my son whom had just lost his car in a recent accident. My husband and I purchased a new vehicle with the insurance money from Borman. We had signed a two week "lemon law", but my son was out of town at the time of the purchase. Less than a week of my son driving the vehicle, it started to overheat. About the same time, Borman had contact us via text asking how the car was. We informed them of the overheating issues, but since it was past the 2 weeks, they ignored out complaint. I had a great experience with Borman and was convinced they were going to make this right. Instead, I had a vehicle sitting in my driveway with a pond of coolant under it, and no money to help my son fix the vehicle. I am extremely disappointed with this whole situation.

Great experience! Benito was very patient and very understanding. He was also very knowledgeable and was able to show me the differences from model to model. He went above and beyond. Will come back!
