I am a multigenerational builder and general contractor so I like to think I have a lot of experience working with other people in the trades. This time was a little different because it was my own home that suffered some flood damage. Our garbage disposal took a dump and spilled water out of the bottom and into the truss-subfloor system through the bottom of the island cabinet. Nobody caught it because it was going through the escutcheon plumbing holes in the bottom of the cabinet. The water spread throughout the floor under the island cabinet / wood-floor, and into the downstairs ceiling portion above our living room. Calling our home warranty people we had about 5 contractors and mitigation people come through. My experience with flood mitigation people is that they automatically go for the most intense fix. Doing so, the home is ripped apart, and insurance says they will not cover the cost of fixing everything, thus the homeowner is left with a home that is halfway put together and the flood guys get off with a fat check. Brian was different. He showed up at 930 at night to see what we had going on. He found the issue and left us a fan to start drying us out. (all without signing a contract, this tells me that he just wanted to help.) Rather then ripping the entire island out, 1000 sq ft of wood flooring, and cabinets (like one flood guy suggested) he came at the problem in the most conservative, cost effective way. He dried out our entire problem from the problem, thus preserving the kitchen. The fact of their practice is in their name. They are professional, trustworthy, and easy to work with. I will be keeping Brian's Business card in my portfolio for other homeowners. Unlike the other mediation people he did not try and make the problem bigger then it really was. Jared was very helpful in finding the source of our water leak. He was very particular in fixing and testing to ensure our tub was no longer leaking through our ceiling. We appreciated his thoroughness. He also managed to fix our front door and check our sink for any leakage even when he didn’t have to.

We recently had work done in our bathroom and living room and we couldn't be happier with the service we received! Everyone involved worked very hard to get things done in a timely manner and always communicated everything with us. The crew was very respectful and always on time. We will definitely be returning customers!

Their work is excellent. 5 stars. We had to replace our bathtub, wall tile and floors due to a leak around the drain. When the tub was removed, there was additional plumbing problems that weren't anticipated. It was a big job and it looks great. Make sure you ask for an accurate time estimate, not the shortest one. They need to communicate better when problems arise that lead to delays. But this did improve towards the end of the process. I would recommend them.
