So pleased with the service we received here. We stopped in to see if they could take a look at our slide; the roller had come off underneath the slide (inside) and the seal on the outside was coming loose. They were able to take care of the problem right away and we were out of there within a couple of hours. The tech who worked on the RV, Russell, even made sure to put the slide trim back on for us on the inside, something we were expecting to have to do ourselves. Employees were so friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them while we were waiting. Thank you so much!
We were pleased they had the ball attachment we needed for our sway bar but when we got to the RV park realized we didn’t have the right size socket drive to tighten it. When we stopped back the next morning to ask them to tighten it - they wanted $99. Never mind and never back.
My family and I have been researching and planning a purchase of a camper / fifth wheel for several years. When the time came, we visited several stores and showrooms across the area. Holiday World and our sales associated Bob M were phenomenal. They were knowledgeable about the product and units we were interested in, they were patient and interested in helping us find the correct unit for out family without pressure or pushing the purchase of a specific unit on their lot, and were extremely fair and transparent in the negotiation of sale process. Came in to buy a new door lock. Everyone was safe.. service was fast and efficient. Even stopped to look at a class A.
We took our motorhome almost 2 months ago and it still is not ready. Excuse after excuse now the covid is the number one excuse. Sometimes I wonder if the motorhome has it and nobody wants to go in. Hope it gets ready pretty soon. Summer is over. Help!!!!!!
