The kids love this little playground, it's got new equipment. The kids love the spinning tree, and it has really good bearings so it's not really hard to keep moving! The ground is made of very soft rubber tiles so it'll dampen any fall a kid might have.
Fun playground. We love walking/biking here. The pavilion is favored to watch a soccer game from, but not oriented towards the playground at all. The sponge top is as hot as the surface as the sun, a poor choice to replace the wood chips and not add shade. Makes it hardly usable in the summer. Sooooo hot and no shady good places for parents to sit and supervise children. Might be nice in the winter though to have a warm place to go play. Overall, it's fine. Has bathrooms and a drinking fountain. The merry-go-round is the favorite of all.
Great park
Nice space leading to the paved trail head. Well marked for mileage if you rather not have a app to drag along.
Been coming here since it opened 24 years ago. Still well maintained. New playground equipment is great
