Very fast service. Was kindly taken care of as soon as I walked through the door. Employee walked me through the process and price and kept me updated throughout the visit. Got a detailed video explaining what was done and was out in less than an hour. Would 100% recommend to any Audi owner.

I had an excellent experience with Audi Natick! Harry took excellent care of me and helped me to find the car that I wanted. He was always available to answer my questions and guide me through the car buying process. Megan from the finance department was fantastic and made the process super easy for me. She explained everything and helped me get exactly what I wanted for my vehicle. Highly recommend Audi Natick and their phenomenal team.

I try not to use dealers for service because I think they are generally expensive and need to replace parts when they can be fixed... However I just had my first excellent experience at Natick Audi.nChristian was outstanding at customer service and surprised me by handing me a bill I could afford! It was about half what I expected...nMy car was in the shop for about 2 weeks and during that time I was given a loaner... which was a beautiful Q5 with only 5,000 miles on it...nMy experience at Natick Audi could not have been better and I will definitely go back.

Call them one morning at 7:30 a.m., they were able to fit me in that day, quoted me parts and labor estimates. Their visual inspection was thorough and all the work was completed quickly and I was on my way. Chris, in service, was a great advisor and took good care of me. My technician also did a great job a servicing vehicle and bringing my attention to other needed repairs, which I had taken care of on the same visit. Great experience!

I had an overall Positive experience here. My Service Advisor Ross got straight to the diagnostic when I arrived and was finished in a timely Manner with all issues addressed as promised. They had decently sized waiting area and even text updates with any future maintenance concerns sent to me. The only knock on the star is for the hand wash; I know it's complementary; but it left a large scratch on my driver side fender and traces of the wash mitt material were all over my paint. Would Recommend minus the wash.
