Love coming to this place. This year there were a number of things unavailable to us ... The pools, the gaming area, the dining area ... Love the solitude, but miss the stuff we used all the time in our winter getaway.
Great to be able to get away and enjoy a quality home away from home.
Great facilities and amenities!
We were in 947 at Whitebirch. Biggest issue are the steps to get down to the door. We parked on top since very busy Saturday when we checked in. Hard to get our totes and luggage in with slippery snow covered steps. Hard to find parking for snowmobile trailer. No extra room. Room itself was nice, queen beds not king. Used fireplace a lot while here, furnace was steady running very loud near kitchen. Nice to have washer and dryer in unit. Used propane grill outside. There was shovel in unit to shovel to grill and patio area. All and all Eagles Nest was still more remote and will go back there in the future.
Stayed a full week. We will be back. Great balance of price, amenities and recreation. Nice.
