I am an individual who has owned a 2-family home for 10+ years, and who only recently has rental income. Stephen boasted that I'd have to amend all my tax returns from 10+ years ago since I haven't always taken the depreciation of a rental property. Sorry Stephan, one can only amend returns from max 3 year ago. Stephen A. Silver, CPA, PC is either a lightweight or not too trustworthy.
