Had one key duplicated 4x. Keys turned out great. Took 1 star due to kiosk promoting that it duplicates PO Box keys but it in fact cannot do that (I tried). Otherwise a straightforward process.
Had a pair of odd sized keys that I needed copies of. Used the key kiosk at Menards. It did not have those style keys but it copied what I had and mailed me perfect duplicates. Hard to go wrong with this outfit.
The key I received turned the lock cylinder, but it wouldn’t start my truck. I called and told them about it and they gave me a full refund no questions asked. Very professional customer service. Yes my key didn’t work, but they took care of me. That’s more important in my book. Thank you!
Quick easy to use kiosk. Called to check up on order status and received prompt excellent customer service from a lady named Porcha. Very pleased with this company. I would recommend and use again.
Keys worked, tried to have copied at other places and they didn’t work. However your keys worked. One note all three keys came with burrs still on cut edge, should have been brushed clean.
