Went to pick up my prescription at 6:30 only to find that they were already closed. Nothing on the website lists shortened hours due to Covid, just a plastic sticker over the door stating they close at six. Would have been nice to know I was sending my pain meds to a pharmacy that would close before I could get there. As if bringing home a newborn after a c-section wasn’t hard enough.
Pharmacy employees are unfriendly and uncaring. I had an ear infection and I had to follow up several times to get a prescription filled. I had to call my doctor who was so much more helpful in getting everything figured out than the pharmacy! Then it finally got filled and they didn’t even call or notify me that it was ready. They put in the least amount of effort in possible to help me. The customer service is way better at the cvs on Belleville rd.
Closes before you can get to it. Don’t waste your time go to the one closer to 94 across from Culver’s
This is a terrible pharmacy. They got my dog’s prescription confused with my husbands on three occasions. After I straightened that debacle out they couldn’t confirm whether the physician had called in a prescription when the physician had time stamps. I don’t know what’s going on with this pharmacy, but for my husband’s needs it sucks. They’re not professional and they are very unorganized. Let’s just shut this particular CVS down and and make it a Rite Aide!
Wonderful cashier, that was very compassionate, caring & 100% friendly (not that fake friendliness most protrary because they are getting paid). Very sweet young lady, didn't grab her name, but she was working Saturday 11/3/2018 & deserves a gift card or something. The CVS on Main St. in Belleville is the one I choose to shop at as she is usually there & the store is well stocked & very clean.nThank You
