The lady at the photo counter was rude, after receiving an email saying my photos were ready for pick up, i went in and she simply said “we don’t send emails” and that my photos weren’t done. She got very condescending towards me and starting yelling. The younger women with colored hair at the front counter was very nice. Not an issue with store, just employment.
In my experience, I found Mary to be quite rude for no apparent reason. The store itself seems fine but customer service needs some help.
10 mind on hold put back on hold three times.nAsked simple question: do you have FedEx drop off? And are packages being exepted Simple right?nNope got a five minute lesson on how to package for FedEx.
I was here back in October to get my flu shot and the two people where extremely busy and working as fast as humanly possible, I didn't mind waiting because they where doing their best and very nice. I wish Walgreen's would hire a third person to help them out during flu season.
