The service department was really helpful in diagnosing a transmission problem. They were attentive to the issue and had to go back at it twice but were tenacious at following up. I would recommend this dealership.

Picked up our second dump truck we have purchased from Stoneham Ford. Truck was registered and all ready to go. Chris was very helpful, make sure to ask for him if you’re buying a vehicle. Overall great friendly staff. Great experience.

Stoneham Ford service is exceptional. Everyone is super friendly and the service has been great. I had an issue with my sunroof that they resolved the same day and fixed my running boards too. Happy with the service and the prices.
