I go here all the time, but yet I go to buy pin needles for my son insulin pen and they will not sell that to you without a script but yet I can go to other places and get them with no problem I will not be going back to rite aid. So if you dont have insurance they will do nothing for you. It's not like you can use a pen needle on a syringe.Get real

The app won't let me sign in and when I call customer service they tell me everything is fine. Have had numerous issues with the pharmacy staff not doing what they say they will, once was told my insurance refused to fill my medicine and when I said the dose was increased the guy said well you'll need to contact your doctor. What is my doctor supposed to do? Went back the next day and the lady said they just have to do an override and it was taken care of. I've also gone up there and was informed they had to order my medication and it wouldn't be delivered until the next day but didn't receive any phone calls or text messages about it before. Never receive text messages when prescriptions are ready even though I signed up for it and contacted customer service numerous times about it.

I had a staff member tell me my insurance was cancelled and I called my insurance company and they said it was fine. I called back and then suddenly they could fill my prescription. I was wondering if the lady was playing games with me because I am african american or if she was just be childish. I keep going back because it is close and I like the drive thru but if these problems continue I will switch pharmacies.
