This is my home away from home. The coaches are always striving to make it the best hour of our day. Excellent facility, always clean and updated equipment.
Absolutely furious about the way my son was treated at this planet fitness location. His membership was revoked for working out in a group with his friends at the same machine! How ridiculous!!! Two of the managers numerously targeted my son as well as his friends who are all teenagers and very good kids. I cannot believe the way these two managers handled the situation and decided to revoke their memberships. If I were you I would never join this planet fitness location because of non-professional business and ridiculously rude employees/managers.
I love that they have cleaning solutions and hand sanitizer throughout. They also walk through and clean the machines. Clean and friendly place.
This location and planet fitness in general does an amazing job. The staff are so friendly and the other members all do their part to sanitize literally everything they touch. It is quite amazing to see how they have managed to cultivate an environment in which other members take pride in their facility. Keep up the great work!
I liked the trainer, Ryan. He’s gone now. I hope they get a new trainer. The Troy location has a trainer. I don’t think the hours are 24/7 now as it says in google. I might be wrong. The gym is always clean. Music is too loud often.
