What ever you do, never send your prescription here. They have sent my scripts back to my doctor without notifying me they were ready, giving me incorrect scripts, and horrible customer service.
During the COVID lockdown they wouldn’t let my little one use the restroom. Shame on you! A few weeks later my kiddo walked over and purchased milk that expired the NEXT day. Terrible store I do not recommend.
Disappointing. I had a question about my script. Called and waited on hold for about 5 minutes, someone answered and told me to hold while they check, a couple minutes later I was disconnected. I called back and waited 8 minutes, asked my question again and was told they had no record of my script. I called my Dr and had him call a different pharmacy.
The store is in good shape but the customer service is inconsistent at best. Rude woman was kind to the people in front of and behind me, but dismissive to me. I don’t want to jump to conclusions but.. I don’t know. I will avoid this store.
Very disappointing customer service. They never attempt to save you any money. I noticed a huge difference in the pricing of my latest generic prescription pick up and thankfully rechecked my goodrx coupon again because they insisted they used a coupon and my persistence saved me over a $100. So glad I was proactive and didn't just accept their pricing. When I showed them the pricing, they were able to use it, made no apologies or showed any concern from any pharmacists. The wait is always ridiculously long, regardless of how many people in line. Terrible!!
