The staff was friendly and helpful.nThe store was clean and neat.nPeople were wearing masks and were observing proper social distancing.
Was kind of in a rush which is why I chose curbside pickup but after calling the number 7 times getting all circuits busy, I had to go in. My order was fine though.
I bought 7-0 balloons for my mom's birthday. I requested curbside pickup. The process was easy and the staff was nice.
Tariq is AWESOME!!! He helped me pick out the perfect bouquet for my wife's anniversary she loved it and even offered ideas I never even thought of and I've been married for 10 years lol. I loved his greeting and tag line (thanks for partying with us, come again bring your friends!) and how he consistently greeted EVERY customer that entered and exited the store! I never usually leave reviews but I've never gotten this customer experience at any other store before!
This place is HUGE! I'm surprised at how much stuff they have in there. I'm also surprised they don't have more wrapping paper, or cards. But that didn't bother me too much.
