Synergy has a professional environment that is easily welcoming to absolutely anyone and their staff is so focused that I feel like I am their only client. Due to schedule changes in my life I have been able to work with two trainers here, both of whom have been incredibly effective for me. I started here after years of fighting reoccurring back pain and lack of mobility. At this point I have far exceeded the goals I had set for my back and have choosen to continue with new goals that are based on long term health.
Synergy is the absolute best gym in the area. Well layed out, excellent staff, full repertoire of equipment, on site massage available, and the most knowledgeable and experienced trainers that you could possibly find -- particularly if you're in need of physical therapy -- I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.
Staff is great, location is good. I have used Active for years for all my physical therapy needs.
