I called your store made an appointment to look at dresses. when I got there the lady was not very friendly and wasn’t very helpful especially after she found out my budget which was 250 ... My mom went with me at the time and helped me to the best of her ability the lady did try on the dresses with us that I picked but made snarky remarks I was not impressed but being almost Being almost my wedding I needed to dress .After leaving your place I was kind of upset with the quality service regardless if I had one dollar or $5000 I feel like it should’ve been special to try on the dresses and I shouldn’t feel like it’s just a prom dress which she reminded me several times.... before I left I stated that when I went to alterations would it be OK if my mom and my daughter came my daughter is five and this is the most exciting thing for her in the world and my mom is very sick she has heart issues and has a surgery coming up her being there means the world to me the lady said yeah I don’t see that being a problem ....today when I came into the store I was 10 minutes early and me my mom and my daughter walked in the store we took off her shoes .... my daughter with excitement right next to my mom saw a pretty pink dress she ran up to the pink dress and was so excited ....my mom at this time asked your manager if there was a bathroom your manager ignored her screamed at my daughter don’t touch ..... I looked at the lady and I stated that she was five and she was excited and she wasn’t going to talk to my daughter like that where the lady decided to tell me that she would have to sanitize anything my daughter touched at this point I explain to her that it was inappropriate that she could’ve said it nicely ... your manager then chimed back that kids werent allowed in the store..I understand but don’t you think that should’ve been expressed when we were taking your shoes off or when we walked up to the counter or how about the time that I asked when I told them that I would be back ....she waited until my daughter had pure excitement to scream at her my mom and my daughter left the store where your manager continued to tell me off when I asked her to stop I told the lady I just wanted to pay for my dress and she just wasn’t listening she just wanted continue To tell me that she wasn’t rude and what she said was ok ... after asking her to stop and please allow me to pay for my dress at this point I was trying to walk in the alteration room where she followed me in there to hand the lady at the alterations my receipt ... as I’m standing right there and she’s talking about me like I wasn’t in the room .... when she should’ve just walked away ... she continue to yell I had to ask her to stop yelling at me again ....she proceeded to say I’m not screaming at you I just have a loud voice either way highly inappropriate (as a manager you don’t talk loud also ) at this point the alteration lady got her out of the room shut the door was very polite to me and I just cried my eyes out my mom didn’t get to see the dress on me ... didn’t get to see it get altered didn’t get to help me pick out what kind of straps I was going to have nothing she sat in the car with my daughter and I was in the room sobbing ...again I would like to reiterate that my mother is not supposed to be around stress due to her heart condition and those are moments that I’m never going to get back not to mention you’re a bridal store you’re supposed to make me feel special and fun

While I did not purchase my dress from here, they did provide me with tables, chairs, and an arch for my October wedding. They did excellent with communication—I planned my wedding in Houghton while living in Lansing. Our original wedding was cancelled due to COVID and they made a very stressful time seem a little less abrasive. I highly recommend their rental services, everything was beautiful!
