Very knowledgeable about shoes. I needed a lot of help to get the appropriate shoe. Was treated very well as a customer. But, one customer pulled her mask off to try on shoes, and nothing was said. Later, a staffer came out of the back room and was 15' into the front of the store before maskingnnI'll go back, but not before the pandemic ends.

Use to suffer with horrible foot pain for years; plenty of orthotic inserts to prove it. I have bought my shoes soley from Queen City for the last 3 years and they never steer me wrong! I haven't had to wear my inserts since getting my first pair of shoes here! They know what they're doing and the service is impeccable!
