The Road Show

They were really helpful and I seemed to get everything I wanted. They even let us get free drinks on the way out:) I could literally spend hours in this store trying to decide what I want. The only down side is the employees kind of look at you like you’re going to steal something or touch something the wrong way so it’s like shopping under pressure a little bit but when you go up to them they’re really helpful and generous.

I could spend hours here. The Road Show has always been my favorite local business and they will receive my continued support. (Initially a five star review)nnUpdate: I have been a customer here for years now. I love it here and it is truly one of my happy places. I just felt uncomfortable with an experience I had trying to get a problem resolved. I needed to exchange something and I understood that much couldn’t be done to exchange an item I brought in, but I wasn’t Ed to try. The cashier seemed annoyed right off the bat, with questions I was asking. While trying to find the price of the item that would’ve helped with the exchange, I offered the card I used to buy it just in case they could look it up like that, but the cashier says “yeah that doesn’t help me” in a rude tone. I didn’t really appreciate the way I was being talked to, when I was just asking questions about the return policy. I have given hundreds of dollars to this business and I recommend it to everyone. I just felt off put by this encounter and I felt like I was a major inconvenience. Again, I realized that not much could be done to exchange the shirt in question, but when just asking questions, I felt as though I was annoying the cashier. I was even asked to move to the side to help another customer before she was finished giving me a store credit for the other item I brought in and returned due to a defect.nnAfter my loyal business and money spent to support them, even through the pandemic, I feel that I shouldn’t be made to feel like an annoyance when I’m asking questions about the return policy. I will continue to support this business, but they have lost a little bit of respect from me.

Thank goodness for this store!! I feed my bearded dragon Dubai roaches and they are the only pet supply store that’s sells them at an affordable price!! Staff is always helpful and friendly, honestly love you guys!!!

This place is amazing. I get all of my crystals from here. The employees are always nice and willing to help. I’m sorry to hear about the theft incident, but for what I could see you all handled it correctly.
