Great costumers service but I recommend look up the same item you're trying to purchase on Amazon because I Guarantee you will find the same item and the price is going to be the third of what they're selling it for. Rip off. Isn't that what business is.
Went in today looking for holloween costumes and chatted with kind staff. Told them of showing up in the ROC not able to read the street signs and they laughed. Then told them of the 101 building history and then finally on Roosevelt road near my uni. They had books, charades and magnets and they had good spirits about them which was refreshing. Would consider returning for the turnover stock they said they would recommend for me. I think they have several locales but this is the biggest.

This place is always great, but about a week ago I had an even better experience. I went in to purchase a portable (but sturdy) spinning dance pole for our home bar. Brittany and Sam helped me out and they were both amazing!!! They took the extra time to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Btw, the spinning pole IS the closest pole (for a non permanent one) to a real pole (and isn't ridiculously priced like other stores). As always, 5 stars!!!!! And thanks again ladies!
