Visited this location inside JCPenny on Friday early morning. A very nice employee named Christina helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and gave me a ton of tips and helpful recommendations. She was amazing and I am beyond happy with what she suggested. Thank you so much C!

I almost for got .. lovely lady very helpful .. the store was cleaned as she assisted us in trying makeup .. checked out was also cleaned .. I felt safe

Not the most helpful employees. Luckily I knew exactly what I was looking for.... but was told that I was looking for something else, lol! I use the Olaplex line #0 and #3 together, as well as #4 and #5. Went to grab my usual and the store associate told me that I was probably looking for the #6 because that was what was in their Christmas gift box. I read the back of the #0 bottle to her and when she was proved wrong she walked away. The people here must not have training in customer service. Isn't the point to have people leave feeling happy and satisfied, especially when they are dropping a fair amount of tbeir hard earned money? I am always annoyed when I leave there. At least when I order online I get cool samples to try and don't have to deal with the additude. So I guess I'll stick to that. Bottom line, don't go in if you are unsure of what you need.

I decided to spend gift card and i would say my visit at this location was not up to my standard of professionalism. The sale person started out ok until i asked her advice on a fragrance and mind you she just said lancome was good, then i ask her how Y. S.L.smell and she said we might not like the same so to me she sounded contradicting when i told her she got irritated and had the other sale lady wait on me because she had no problem telling me lancome smell good but in another breath we might not like the same. So i told her i never asked her opinion in the first place. I will never spend a dime at this location.
