I personally used the Warren location for my wedding but one of my groomsman used this location. He was sent away with black shoes in a grey suit, which didn’t match the order form at all, so I’m not sure what happened, but I can’t possibly give this a higher rating. Thankfully the Warren location came through and fixed the problem in time for pictures, but that wasn’t the kind of stress I needed for my wedding.

Took my son here to rent a tux to be ring bearer in a family wedding. Went to the original fitting, for him measured. Returned to pick up tux, didn’t fit at all. Lady said something went wrong, come back tomorrow and it will be fixed. The next day, still didn’t fit. Different lady says, what time is the wedding tomorrow? We can possibly have something ready by then? Did you try H&M? They might have sizes that fit him better. Lady, the wedding is TOMORROW!!! If someone told me in the beginning that they couldn’t accommodate a husky 5 year old, I would have found a place to go. But don’t say this the actual day before the wedding. Worst experience I’ve had with a clothing shop.

The staff made my visit easy and welcoming. The gentlemen were efficient and made sure everything was just like I needed it. I was pushing dangerously close to the date of my day of needing a tux but they had me ready on time and everything fit perfectly. Would definitely use their services again.

That young ladies working the counter were very pleasant and helpful, everything fit perfectly . Helped me to focus on my daughters special day and not on a uncomfortable suit thank you all very much.

Horrible customer service and attitudes. Had my wedding party go through them and everyone had bad experience. I personally had to show up the day of my own wedding to get the shirt because each one I recived before was damaged or stained. My grandfather in-law was given the wrong tie. Some guys were missing stuff from vests, shoes, and handkerchiefs. One girl was extremely rude and talked down to not only me but my friends and family. I called and talked to the GM and he was extremely nice but it was over and done with, not much he could do after the fact. Also, if you get the free suit deal. Pay close attention to the “must be ordered within seven days of your event”. I went on a honeymoon right after the wedding when I returned and went to order my “free suit” and was only met by more disapointment to see president tuxedo got me again. But I guess that’s my fault I should have read the small print.
