I had a great experience with Living Peace Yoga, a studio you’ll find fits your yoga practice whether you’re new or experienced. It was a great way to not only move my body, but refresh my heart through scripture in this Christ-centered studio. Highly recommend!
Shawn the yoga instructor is very sweet! My 8yr old daughter and I went to her Open House Yoga Class this morning. We both really enjoyed it. Loved that this is Christ centered yoga class. My daughter and I both felt very relaxed at the end of the class!
Finally! I've been searching for a Jesus based yoga for years and finally I've found it! Our teacher is kind and meets us where we are in our yoga practice. This is great for both beginners and those who have practiced yoga for years. It is a blessing to be a part of it!
