Had an excellent and challenging workout this morning in Will's class. Staff members were all very nice and made my first time visit easy. If you're looking for a different kind of workout geared towards full body strength AND conditioning... ud83dude4cud83dude4c Kickboxing is it.
Shelby is an amazing owner with a high energy studio. Would recommend to anyone who wants a good and judge free workout.
I've never done kickboxing before in my life but CKO made it super easy and fun to get into. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and I felt welcomed the second I walked in! I've been taking classes for about a month now and enjoy it more and more each time. Nick is an energetic and fun instructor. His classes are a blast to take! While I've never had any other instructor, if they're even half as good as Nick then you're without a doubt in good hands. If this is something you've been wanting to try for the first time, CKO is the place to go!
Love love love CKO Kickboxing. The staff is super friendly, the instructors are AWESOME, and the playlists are always top notch. If you're looking for a place with a family feel and killer workouts every single time, CKO GR is the place for you!
Intense workouts, fast results, fair prices. I plan to re-up my membership soon. Definitely recommend CKO.
