Of course I loved it, lol.
My son brought me here for a visit. This is a super cool down and dirty, grungy real man's man gym. No treadmills, no bikes, just lots of weights, body building equipment, sick music and some well deserved ego's..
Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Strongman, Olympic weightlifting, or anything in between. If you wanna make some brutal gains, this is the place to be. This is a glorious house of strength and power, with the nostalgic feel of an underground heavy lifting gym, but with less judgement than Planet Fitness. A truly sacred Temple of iron. Strong things happen here.
Jay is an absolute nightmare. Also is very belittling and political, forcing his opinions on others.
This is one special place! I love all their equipment. Great atmosphere and people!
