Great experience!!! The female employee/manager? with dark hair and glasses was awesome! She was bubbly, personable, interacted with my kids, etc. This has not been the case in the past with other trampoline parks we have visited (including this one last year!) but whatever changes were made are CLEARLY showing. Well done! Side note as well, the facilities were IMMACULATE. Clean bathrooms/tables/jump area. I was super impressed. Thank you! We will see you again soon!
If you want to have fun at a place that respects Covid precautions, then DO NOT go here! Many people were not wearing masks, including staff. The place was packed so full that social distancing was impossible.
Buying 5 star reviews!!nnThe park is fun and my kids enjoy it. But when you give 1 hr free jump time with a 5 Star review you negate all positive reviews that were honest! How horrible a company to buy only 5 star reviews!!

Disappointing spending that much money to have your child screamed at to stop doing something he had no idea he was doing wrong. Not to mention having children wait to jump on the performance trampolines because the employees that are supposed to be watching over the kids are jumping on them instead. Oh, then when they are not jumping themselves, they're too busy talking amongst one another to help enforce rules so ALL kids can enjoy the park.nn*Edit to add info- this happened on 03/21/2021 between 1:30pm - 3:30pm. And to make this even more disappointing is you don't seem concerned to speak to me about what happened as I kept the review short.
