I bought my wedding dress from America's Bride a couple months ago mainly for the reason of getting the honeymoon deal. America's Bride advertised that you get a free honeymoon when you purchase a dress of a certain value. For all inclusive, it would be an additional charge. I read their entire policy for the honeymoon before going there. When I got there, they were really nice and helped me pick out the dress. While I was trying on the dresses, I probably asked them several times about the honeymoon deal. They kept telling me the all-inclusive would be $50 per person per night. But they did not tell me that was only the starting price for the reason of them wanting me to purchase their dress. So when I reached out to the travel agency with the voucher America's Bride gave me, the travel agent got back to me and told me how places like America's Bride will really stretch the truth to make it seem like the deal is better than it is so that they can make more money. Yes, America's Bride technically did not lie on their website, but they definitely weren't being 100% honest when I was there trying on dresses. I was devastated because I really thought this honeymoon voucher would be a blessing. Now it has become a financial burden on my fiance and I. The honeymoon voucher they offer is not that great as they advertise. You still have to pay basically the same price as you would normally just with a really small good for nothing discount. And you have to pay $1500+ for a dress. NOT WORTH GOING TO A PLACE THAT TRIES TO SCAM BRIDES!!!

This place was BEAUTIFUL. You feel like a princess, there is a whole runway and mirrors galore. The staff here were the most knowledgable, accommodating, attentive, and kind people. I felt very heard and confident in my consultants picks. 10/10 would recommend FUTURE BRIDES TO SHOP HERE!!!

Went to look at wedding dresses and found the perfect dress! Ashley was so helpful and nice! I was definitely nervous trying on my first couple dresses, but she did so much to help me feel comfortable!

I just wanted to say I purchased my dress from Americas Bride in November for my May 16 2020 wedding that was postponed to August 21 2020. Your staff was amazing to work with! .. I am so glad you got the dress in stock literally 2-3 days before I came back to pick out my dress (visited once to see what was in stock). The dress I ended up purchasing was amazing, and I received so many compliments about it. Thank you for having amazing staff members, and affordable dresses!

While my first experience with America’s bride was wonderful and I found a beautiful gown, the reason I went to this store was for the promotion they were offering at the time. This company was advertising everywhere that if you bought a dress from them you would get a free honeymoon as long as you spent a certain amount at their store. I read over everything many times and saw absolutely no fine print or details saying the honeymoon promotion was indeed not free or anything close to free. I was aware I would have to buy my own flight and pay $50/per night/per person for an all inclusive experience but upon working with the travel agent Heather, i found it was simply discounted rate on resorts and the prices were only slightly lower than if we were to book ourselves. While I was very frustrated upon finding this out it seemed there was some bad communication between the travel agency and the bridal shop. The bridal shop had advertised this package as free with no fine print or statement suggesting it was just a discounted honeymoon. When I addressed this with the bridal shop they said I must have read the promotion wrong and their staff must have told me the wrong information, but I clearly remember asking specific questions and reading over the package many times and there was no statement or wording to imply the free honeymoon was not actually free. The travel company insisted that they never said it was a free honeymoon to the bridal shop, only that they were offering discounted rates on resorts. I don’t know who to believe about who was advertising deceitfully. In the end my fiancé and I were so displeased with the travel company as well as they rarely answered our calls and never returned calls from us, making it almost impossible to book with them anyway. We ended up booking our honeymoon ourselves, and decided to spend the extra money to do it. I have never received such unprofessional service and felt so manipulated by a company before. Especially surrounding such a monumental moment in my life, now being tainted by a scam makes me so upset. I would not go to this company, I would not recommended the company. For them to use the emotions and excitement of a new bride to scam them into buying a dress by promising a free honeymoon and then leaving them to be disappointed not only by the fact it is indeed not free, and the corresponding travel company is impossible to work with , is so awful and disgusting to me. Thankfully I love my dress. Sadly if they had not been offering this promotion at all and I had gone there for an appointment not having this “promotion” even as a factor, I probably still would have bought the same dress and would be recommending this store to everyone for such great service, but due to the deceit and manipulation of this promotion my view on the experience is very different. I would steer clear of this store
