I love this store- great staff and store manager is always friendly and helpful. I am so disappointed and disgusted that Carter’s is closing this store and not continuing to employ the manager who sets the tone for the store. I will be doing much less shopping at Carter’s with no store near me. On- line shopping has little appeal

I love Carter's. They were so kind. In me returning an item. Well,I had bought it for a family,I knew. Yet I didn't see the person of the family to give it to. So,I returned the item. They were so noce about it. I'll go back and buy for others. Just because,They were so professional,kind,nice and it was so clean and organized there.

Why wont this location ever answer their phone for customers to pick up curdside orders?! This is the 3rd curbside order in the last month and on 10+ occasions between myself and my husband we showed up and called and they never answered their phone! I have checked the number and it is the correct number. It just rings and rings and then eventually it gives a busy signal and hangs up on us. I have had to call customer service and get my orders re sent out to my home address because of this issue.

This store is wonderful. Great prices, clean, organized well. Staff was super helpful and I loved the selection.
