Cute little Lulu store. I was skeptical of how much product they would have compared to my usual Ann Arbor store. But I was thoroughly impressed with their selections and how they were able to cram so much into a small space! Covid precautions were in place and I felt safe in the store and dressing rooms. Highly recommend!

This place is great. Great employees. The owner is super friendly and a great help every time. Returns are super easy and efficient. If you workout and don't have any lulu yet you need to come here and get some.

I ordered a couple bras online. They did not work out and this was the quickest and simplest return process I have ever experienced.

Don’t waste your time going to this location. While I understand that they have to be limited capacity, they only allow 4 customers in at a time but have 4 employees working which is overkill. As staff’s shifts were ending they were purchasing items for themselves making the wait for customers longer. Lastly there is no time limit which is good and bad, the couple in front of us tried on everything in store making the wait even longer. Waited an hour before they texted us to come in and had to wait another half hour outside as the couple in front of us finished up.

We got there pretty early. With everything going on we did have to wait a few minutes(much appreciated keeping us safe by limiting the numbers in the store). I was very please with the quality of service and atmosphere. All employees were very helpful and took a liking to my daughter as she enjoyed the store herself. Jasmin was great help and runs a great group of people working there. She was able to convince me in the quality of the products and now I’m a fan! I hope the store stays around for a long time, definitely recommending to friends and family!
