I had a given appointment window of 10-2. I work from home and was on the phone when they called a couple of times after the start of my appointment window. Because I was working I couldn't answer the phone and called them back when I got off the phone at 10:22 a.m. They had already sent the tech out on another appointment and wanted to re-schedule. They say they had called about 5 times. Well, they did call 3 times yesterday, not from the company number so I didn't recognize it as them. They also didn't leave a message yesterday, or I would have confirmed for them yesterday that it was ok to send the tech out during the already pre-agreed upon window! And I texted them yesterday to advise that I had already managed to install some of the lights myself, so it should have been pretty clear that I was aware they should be coming today.

Mister Sparky did a great job. Were careful and cleaned up. Highly recommend them. Jon Paulch was great.

Residential work in my home. Called to try and get a quote. On their website it says they do lighting. Wouldn't even come look at my job. I just needed some wire pulled and a new circuit added for under cabinet lights because the lights are already installed. This is only work behind the drywall. She said they won't do under cabinet lighting. I tried to explain the job in more detail to no avail. What kind of electrical contractor won't do under cabinet lighting?

My home was in the dark due to the city power outnMr sparky came within an hour and in 15 minutes he knew what was wrong and corrected the problem. By 8 pm we had lights . The service man was very professional and knew his job. I had questions as to what cause the problems and he had the answer
