Love this store! Everyone is so nice but Brooklyn went out of her way to be helpful, friendly and super kind!!!! She’s the best!!! I was always helped by another person (Lou maybe) who was great! Top notch!

All of the employees were extremely helpful but Emily at the front door greeting people went above and beyond to let me know about all the wonderful deals, let me know that the fitting rooms were open and she even helped me sign up for the rewards program. She made my shopping experience so amazing and I will definitely be back! Thank you Emily P for your help

when I go shopping at old navy I feel like the employees harass me I swear I’ll have 5 of them ask me about signing up for rewards or getting a credit card I just wish they would let me shop. So stop
