Beth and Chelsea were absolutely fantastic. The salon is gorgeous and intimate with timeless, classic, and modern dresses. The mimosas and water were wonderful to start our day.nBeth gave wonderful insight when I was struggling between two beautiful dresses. They both made the experience so easy and effortless. I said yes to the perfect dress and am so thankful for them both!nI drove from Grand Rapids and would recommend the Ivory Loft to anyone. It’s worth any drive!n10/10.

Five stars just for the amazing customer service! This was the second store in which I have looked for a wedding dress and the whole experience was very inviting, comfortable, and relaxing. It smelled amazing inside! Michelle was amazing--very easy to talk to, calming, and personable. She helped me into all of the dresses and spoke to me like a sister. I did not find my dress here, but I appreciated the beautiful store and staff.

Love love love Beth!! Hands down amazing experience with choosing my best friends wedding dress. She didn't rush us, or push the bride to buying a dress she was 100% in love with! Made great accommodations and was very helpful in selecting what to try on. Ended up finding her dress and couldn't be happier! Highly recommended!!!

Ivory loft was my 3rd bridal shop and I had no doubt in my mind that I was walking out of there with my dress. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Exceptional customer service, helpful advice, very beautiful shop. Such an intimate experience and I can’t wait to go back there for my fitting.
