CONVENIENT LOCATION, GREAT SERVICE, CLEAN UNIT WITH EASY ACCESS. CRISSI AND HER TEAM ARE A DEILIGHT. THEY REALLY TOOK CARE OF ME. ALSO A WEALTH OF LOCAL INFO FOR A NEW PERSON MOVING INTO THE AREA. THE BEST!!!!!!
Excellent customer service; clean and well-maintained facility. Wish the unit had a light inside and outside. Intake took longer than expected after phone call and online forms done in advance. Had to repeat all payment procedures and forms in person, on paper. Overall, very positive experience.
Krissy was so helpful and friendly. I was successful in getting a storage unit exactly the size I needed. The experience working with Prime Storage was simple, easy and all the personnel were super friendly and informative. Krissy was amazing and provided wonderful information not only about the storage process, but about the local area! Thank you Krissy!

Fabulous team of Christy and Maria @ Cape Neddick storage. Met Maria : staff advisor/ assistant and Christy : General manager on consecutive days. Due to their expertise , knowledge base and incredible ability to explain things I was sold on their service - hence I became a client. They saved me money ,time and both staff obviously enjoy their jobs. They both are like a dream team and I was lucky to find them . I recommend all people interested in local storage to contact this company because they are second to none! I left a great more information on google concerning how fabulous Christy is as well as as her right hand Maria. They are the best of the best
