Definitely an odd experience. Food was awesome but overpriced for how much you get. I Did love the clam chowder, it was probably the best thing we ordered and loaded with clams. Fisherman's platter was a joke for the price. We sat on the patio and the scenery is beautiful but the service was not great. The woman we ordered from at the window was not really friendly but the one who brought us our food was very nice. No one, NO ONE that worked there was watching the patio so if you needed extra napkins or if they didn't give you something you asked for in your order you had to catch the girl who was bringing out food or walk back up front to the order window.

The best feature is the outdoor deck by the water! A nice menu, reasonably priced, great burgers, and fish sandwiches. Well organized in keeping people distanced and safe.

Ate lunch there today under current covid conditions. Got a rancid crab salad sandwich. Been violently ill for hours now. Waitress offered a refund but the service window was understaffed and let’s just say I did not have a lot of time to wait for it while my body was responding to food poisoning. Not a place I’ll ever go again. Too bad, I used to love the place and it’s right next to my work. Additionally: they don’t seem to give a damn about a bad review. They don’t even look at these reviews or they might respond. Rotten crab is unacceptable in Maine. Imagine how that kitchen is run. It smacks of kitchen nightmares

We were at order window and no one took our order, so we went to other window which collected payment.nThen after standing in line was told other window was for ordering food.nSo went back there, told it was toonLate now to order food although it was just 8:00. We could have wine, haddock chowder, and salad to go. We could eat at the back deck but it closed at 8:30.nI got the bowl of bland chowder in a 8oz to go container, and a boxed wine container 8-10 oz? All for $19.00nUnbelievable! My friend had a small chowder, salad and two boxed winesn$35.00nThe warm summer breeze and water view on the back patio was very calming and beautiful! It made up for the bland food and poor service and disorganisation.nIf you're charging outrageous prices you need better service and food!
