I arrived a few minutes before they opened and a tech was out to my car to check me in before I could park. Did a typical oil change and replaced both cabin and air filter. Service was super quick and everyone was SO nice. They recommended some services based off factory recommendations, but were not pushy about purchase at all. I will definitely be back for service in the future.
The service was fine. I gave 3 stars because when I called for pricing the automated system priced the oil change at around $52.00 and no other prices. When I checked in the service person did not tell me the price of the oil change. I had a $20.00 coupon and used it. It brought the price down around $97.00 before taxes. I paid but won’t use Jiffy Lube again. If you use them talk with some there first for the price for your vehicle
I went in at the right time no line and no wait time. They got on it fast and were done in fifteen minutes. Rosario had great customer service cashing me out and making me aware of other things I should keep an eye on.
I had a great visit today. I enjoyed being greeted as I drove up. The staff was very friendly and informative. I left very happy.
Employees there, and I should not say employees because them all are very courteous and very respectful , got the oil changed and air filter new, they checked the air pressure cleaned my windows checked windshield wiper fluid and all the other stuff in a fast but friendly way...
All of them even tho they are a busy store they always get things done..Thats why I have been a loyal customer for 7yrs & counting!!!!
