Living in Bangor & driving to Brunswick is the only way I can make deposits other than check via the cell phone app. So if your not a tech savvy wizard or choose to not use a smart phone for some other reason your out of luck. AS A MATTER OF FACT BAC NO LONGER ACCEPTS CASH DEPOSIT at the DRIVE THRU WINDOW from 3rd parties. For example - My daughter is a student at U.N.H. with B.A.C. checking & savings account for her day to day business. B.A.C. does not allow myself or ANYBODY else (other than the actual acct holder) deposit cash into her account. So I drove 45 minutes to the nearest branch only to find out I can't deposit $400 cash (wife's tip money) into My Own Daughter's Account EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS BROKEN DOWN IN AN UNFAMILIAR AREA AND NEEDED THE MONEY IMMEDIATELY FOR TOW & REPAIR SERVICES to her vehicle. My daughter's safety was put in jeopardy due to these RIDICULOUS policies. WAKE UP PEOPLE - One day again B.A.C. Formerly The Bank Of Italy will REFUSE ALL WITHDRAWALS leading to another depression. They will steal your funds , rebrand under the cloak of a new name & begin the 100 yr cycle again Rinse Wash Repeat ..
