My girlfriend and I spent three nights there looking for rest and relaxation, that's exactly what we got. The Yurt was clean but rustic. IThe experience was exactly what we were hoping it would be. Scott and Melissa were great. I recommend it to anybody.

This place is absolutely magical! We stayed in the Birches Yurt for New Years. Scott was incredibly responsive and had our yurt toasty warm with the woodstove when we arrived. Everything was exactly as described and MORE -- the yurt was perfectly clean, well stocked, and a great size for 4 people. It has everything you need for a backwoods adventure. We had a fairytale New Years unplugged and in the woods - we could not have been happier. Thank you!

We spent 12/26 & 12/27 at Frost Mountain Yurts. Just a wonderful place! The yurts are well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, etc. and tons of firewood. Although all of the snow was washed away in the rainstorm we still had an amazing experience. On Sunday we hiked up Frost Mountain and later had lots of time around the campfire and candlelight dining. For those looking to get away from it all and having a quiet, peaceful, relaxing weekend I would highly recommend Frost Mountain Yurts. Pretty much all we heard was the sound of the rushing water of the stream that was next to our Yurt.nA bit of advice; once you get to the Yurts put your cell phones away except for taking photos. I feel it makes for a much better experience.nWe will definitely be back to FMY!

The location of these yurts is incredible, xc trails, incredible views, we never even had to leave the property. The yurts are thoughtfully stocked & contain every essential you need. We stayed in December and our yurts were warm, cozy, & dry. Scott, the owner, is awesome & you can tell he gives his 100% to make sure he’s there to offer assistance / to answer any questions so that you get the most of your stay. There’s a town w supplies less than 8 minutes away, it’s dog friendly, the only reason I wouldn’t recommend you come here is because you will never want to leave. We are already trying to plan our next visit.
