I jokingly call it 40 Wool, because of course it was a woolen mill and not a paper mill. Nevertheless, it's a fantastic place to eat! Ok, so I've only had their take out, this has been a tough year! The food was so good, especially since this pandemic, I've missed the experience of eating food that I haven't prepared. Seriously, this place is worth the time, and every penny. Very nice people well worth supporting!

Fantastic dining experience. Food, wine, and service were all excellent. Carrot and parsnip dish was a standout.

40 Paper is a real delight! Enjoy creative and tasty craft cocktails, and delicious food prepared to perfection. Excellent service and safety precautions in Covid times make this a wonderful option for casual dinner out or that special occasion. Lots of gluten free options and happy hour too! This is a real gem.
