This is unacceptable!!! I found a hair in my food and was forced to eat it and pay!!! You’d think they’d have the decency to not pay for the food but they insisted!

Five stars for service. My coworker found a bug in her meal - when she called, they immediately apologized, refunded her money, and offered to make her whatever she wanted instead. Bugs happen, how a restaurant responds really tells you something.
