Surprised at the negative reviews. My wife and I have been coming here for 20 years even though we moved south of Boston in 2006. It is by far the most affordable place ($90 for 2 working people and a house) and we are in and out in less than a half hour. Just make sure to make an appointment. The people have always been very nice and we always get a larger than expected refund. We used TurboTax one year and it was a mistake.

Very inconsistent service. They said I made quarterly payments when I made a lump sum payment. Then I ended up owing a lot more. Stay away if possible

I hate to leave negative reviews on small business to show my support to the community, but this place is just not professional. It's such a waste of my time.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They forgot to file my taxes and claimed that i did not pay. The lady then started screaming at me, tore up my docs. I had to call the POLICE on them.

Went sign said open but no one at desk and locked door. Worst experience ever!
