Just read the responses to the reviews from the owner. Very rude and unprofessional. By the way I did speak to the receiptionist multiple times, but my appointment time wasn't honored and no one even apologized. Have a good day!

Waited a bit but understandable because they are always busy during tax season. Nabil was great did not take a long time to do our taxes, showed everything what he did and what we were going to get. Definitely coming back!

I went there for Notary purposes, i found the receptionist that said no one is here, and she said the guys only show up SOMETIMES AFTER 3 pm. Not sure why they open at 11:00 am if no one is there.

Before you contact these folks, take a moment and think about the following:n1. Are you prepared to wait endlessly for someone to do your taxes?n2. Are you prepared to work with rude and unprofessional people?n3. Are you prepared to see countless mistakes on your returns that you need to send corrections several times for?n4. Are you prepared to be faced with a confrontation by the owner if you complain?nIf your answer is yes to any of the following, then go ahead. If you do not want to face any of these, simply google and ask friends for friendly and professional referrals around you.nI faced all these and more and I don't want you to. Look closely at the good reviews this place has and you will observe something about them. I won't say more. Good luck.nnI can see they sent a response to my review. Read the type of language they use to address me. That is what you can expect from this company. I am no competitor of theirs but I can tell you who should be ashamed and its not me. Leave this company alone. They have no reputation to protect.

Soooo unprofessional.nI went their last week and they didn't let me in and asked me to schedule an appointment. So I did schedule an appointment for the week after and when I went their on time, a guy name Mohammed refused to let me in and aggressively asked me to come tomorrow. I don't really know what kind of customer service is that.nnEdit:nI who left the office and didn't want to deal with them cause of the unprofessionally. The owner said I didn't want to respect safety rules during the COVID. I was wearing mask and the office allow only 5 at a time and there was only 5. in addition, there was more than 6 ft between me and anyone else in the room. As a matter fact, the guy who was working at the office wasn't wearing mask, he didn't respect the basic safety rules during the COVID. By the way, I didn't even enter the office in the first time.nnI had all of my documentation ready for filing. However, he didn't even care about looking at them, he just wanted to do his friends first even though I had appointment.nnJust an advice.... instead of lying, just care about your customers and you won't have to lie for replying to google reviews.
