Food was decent, but asked for honey mustard and was given actual honey. I ordered a burger and fries. Who the hell hands out honey to someone with an order of burger and fries and doesn’t scratch their head?? Oh wait.. the Windham McDonalds crew does.

I don’t frequent this location very often, I typically go to the McDonald’s on Crystal Avenue in Derry and never have any issues. I just left there and for the third time have had my order screwed up. Now it is a very simple request, two double cheeseburgers With only ketchup. Yet for some reason the girl taking the order can’t seem to understand that because every time I end up with normal double cheeseburgers. It happens so often that this time I ask for a receipt, which they weren’t going to give to me until I asked for it. All other locations give you the receipt with your credit card. I saw on the receipt that she failed to notate ketchup only and when I said something I was told to pull forward so that I could wait while they remade my order. Oh another time in recent memory they completely forgot to put a burger in my bag. If I wasn’t going directly past this location on my way home I would never stop there again because the service is horrid. Oh maybe my expectations for McDonald’s are too high but the failure rate for my encounters with this location is 100%.

2 visits here and I have to say the food turned out right both times so couldnt be happier there as I order with se specifications.nnThe big downfall to this location is popularity, around lunch or even between lunch and dinner the line can be huge. I'd say they go through orders very quickly and do a good job but the line can take some time.nnThank you,
