I want to acknowledge that pre covid I was not a cumberland farm shopper but honestly enjoy stopping in and spending money the customer service I receive from mostly Jessica makes a quick stop enjoyable and always has mountain dew (blue) when you couldn't find it anywhere else thank you
I am a manager of a convince store in Portland. So I know what customer serVice looks like. I just went in to get milk. They had no whole milk on shelf so I asked the worker at the counter and she was on the phone. I got no answer from her... she continued to talk on her phone looking right at me. HORRIBLE customer service! Jessica should not be in a customer service!!
Jess was very friendly and professional great service!
