Josh is AMAZING. I traveled 40 minutes out of my way to go to him year after year. Very intelligent, helpful and professional. I trust him with my taxes, knowing he is doing everything he can to get me the best refund possible. He cares a lot about customers. :)

Paula Locke called to tell me I needed a tax form from the Social Security Administration around noon on 4/7/21. I found what I thought was the form and emailed it to her by 1:30pm that day. I didn't hear from Paula and my wife and I went in for our 6:00pm appointment. At her office Paula told us I had sent her the wrong form. She should have called to let me know I had sent her the wrong form so I could get the correct form. Then, when we got home I looked up the 1099 form she insisted we have and I found the form was for people who receive social security benefits. Neither my wife nor I receive social security benefits so the form was not applicable to us. I sent her an email explaining this to her. Within 30 minutes she sent us an email stating our taxes were done and all we had to do was sign. She never addressed the situation, never explained why she insisted we have the 1099 form, and never apologized for her mistake.

I have trusted H & R Block for many years to handle my tax returns. Each preparer was helpful, courteous and provided suggestions for helping me understand the tax process. Anne Marie Watson has been my preparer for past 4 years...she is the best!!!

For the last three years my husband and I have used the location in Windham. Every visit has been a smooth and wonderful experience. The staff are always very friendly and extremely helpful throughout the process.
