Copper Rock Steakhouse South Bend

Service and food was outstanding!!! Even the bread basket and variety of butters / cheeses were amazing. The sides of broccoli and baked potato enhanced the filet and lobster tail. Only question I have is... why have I waited so long to visit this place?!?!?! I’ll be back soon.

Made reservations for valentine's day at 930 PM. We were seated right away at a freshly sanitized table. Server came to our table in a timely manner for drink orders. Granted this was our first time coming to copper rock so we had some expectations that service would be better than average. In our case it was a total opposite. 40 mins after we were seated still no bread brought to our table. Our server was more concerned with getting drinks from the bar and clearing tables. After asking 3 different people we finally were told that the kitchen was out of bread!!! best response from the supervisor was free dessert and to pay for our drinks. For spending the amount we did it was a terrible experience. I get better service at Logan's or texas roadhouse. Will not be coming back..nnUpdate on review... was asked to contact four winds about our experience at copper rock on 2-14. I sent info to 4winds as asked and 10 days later still no response.

Waited awhile to go because only open on weekend. Unfortunately was disappointed in quality. Slow service, food dry, nothing special about food. Wanted to like it but for price was disappointed. Really enjoy Kankakee.

My husband and I tried for the first time yesterday. Have been to this casino a million times since they opened and never realized what we had been missing by not trying Cooper Rock. The filet Mignon practically melted in your mouth. Our whole experience was amazing. Pricey but well worth it. Will definitely go back.

Food was so nasty. The prime rib was not even chewable. Hostess was so unprofessional! I guess the experience from beginning to end was just bad
