I’m only giving this a one star so I can leave a review. My husband and I received a gift card as a wedding gift. We could have chosen any restaurant at the casino but we decided to give the buffet a second chance. The first time we went was for my birthday in July. We left the buffet displeased after spending $50 for the both of us. Everything then was very bland. The best part of the meal then was the Mac and cheese. And then tonight as a late valentine’s dinner the food was very bland. But even worse it was cold. Nothing and I repeat nothing was hot. Not even the bqq ribs they literally put out 2 seconds prior. We paid with a gift card and didn’t have cash on us. We explained to the waitress that we didn’t think to stop at the bank to get cash. She was very understanding! We tried to give her the remaining balance on the gift card. She came back out and said she couldn’t take it. My husband and I were upset by that. We never not leave a tip for good service. Our server Lisa (I believe) was cheated for her hard work. Even after she knew she wasn’t getting a tip she stayed consistent. Taking out plates and getting refills. The best part of this meal was the service provided and my husband iced tea. So glad we didn’t spend our money a second time around.

Great Thanksgiving Buffet! Hot , tasty food. Great atmosphere, outstanding service! A wonderful dining experience that we plan on repeating next Thanksgiving as well!

The food was cold, old, and tasteless. The meat had HUGE hunks of fat leaving very little to eat. They advertised slow roasted beef on the weekly menu but did not have any. They did not fill the food unless it was close to being empty or empty and if there was anything left they just mixed the old in with the new. I was terrified about getting food poisoning. The best part was the dessert... definitely won’t be going back.... not for $20 a person.

Long story short. Salmon/$16 a pound of crablegs, ribs, roast beef, and chicken wings were over cooked. Cheesecake w/what we thought was whipped cream was hard. The only thing that was edible was the green beans, shrimp, and strawberry gelato. If this place is to open with blackjack tables and all you can eat crablegs, they better step up they game. And the waitress needs to stop trying to rush us out when the entire area is empty.

Have had the senior buffet quite often and have never had a really good meal. Lukewarm food and tough. Curious why you show crab legs on South Bends site, last I knew that was only New Buffalo, which between the line jumpers and so so crab legs is not really worth the drive there and the price. Grandson likes going there for his birthday but almost a 100 for him and I is a bit much. At least Blue Chip comped us when we had issues on crab leg night. Seems like all 4 winds wants is your money.
