We had a birthday party for my granddaughter. Rita was our waitress. She was awesome. Very accommodating and so sweet! Food was excellent! Awesome hibachi!! Very well seasoned food -definitely not bland. This place is way MUCH better than House of Kobe. We won't be going there anymore...nWe will be going back to try the sushi.

I had no reservation and it only took 15 minutes to be seated. Everything was great but the wait between appetizer and dinner was a little long. If you have been to the one in Orland Park, this one is much more spacious! Food was nearly the same. Service was friendly and accommodating. If you have food preferences they are more than happy to adjust your meal.

The place is excellent the staff are very funny, kind, and entertaining. The food was cooked in front of you and looks really good. The food looked good like it was professionally made and it’s taste was overwhelming. I rate this place 5 stars because it’s a fun and cool place.

Tried out the new spot this evening. It was fantastic. Large and packed but not overly... everything was great. Very friendly and great service. Loved the food. Not heavy on the butter in everything like the house of k.... down the street is. Will be back!nn*Also note that your tip is included in your bill, no way around that, and I think that's fantastic as that forces those who don't typically tip to do the right thing. (There was a family across from us complaining about that even tho everything was amazing).

Initially I was excited about this place because it is beautifully decorated. However, my experience was AWFUL. After waiting an hour to be seated, we were invited to sit at a hibachi grill in the center of the room. This grill was attached to another grill because the table wrapped around the two of them. The other grill had just been used and was still dirty from the guests that had just left. When we were seated they asked us if we were ok with sitting in between both of the grills. I wasn't too happy about this because it placed us with a back view of the chief. When we asked if we could wait for the next available grill they told us that we would be put back at the bottom of the waiting list. So, we agreed to sit there because we had already waited for so long.nnOne of the parties at our table was still waiting for more guests to arrive (even though the sign at the front of the restaurant says your whole party must be present before you are seated). I listened as the people at my table asked the staff if they could wait a little while longer before getting started for rest of their party to arrive. The staff agreed. The rest of their party arrived just as we were ordering. They went back and forth with the hostess because they had more people show up than the hostess expected. The hostess then asked us to move further down to accommodate the extra people. I had a problem with this because moving down more seats meant that we were totally pushed down to side with the other dirty grill with dirty tables. Again, we asked to be placed at another table and the host said we would be placed at the end of the list. I asked speak with a manager and was told that no manager was there. At that point, I no longer want to spend my money there, so we just left.nnI felt that the staff was very unprofessional and did not honor their own policy. They don't care about delivering quality customer service. They only care about big parties because that equals big checks. I had a very unpleasant experience and will not return.
